I develop bespoke programs for companies which reflect their individual culture and needs. All can be delivered live and in person, online or hybrid.

Typically, this includes:

  • Workshops – Combining science, research and practical solutions, providing participants with techniques they are motivated to put into action to optimise performance, enhance wellbeing and to prevent burnout.

  • One-on-one coaching after the workshops to provide private and bespoke support.

  • Reboot drop-in sessions - Mindfulness training to encourage sustained change to manage stress and enhance focus, concentration and memory.  This turns the workshop learnings into healthy new habits.

Sleep & Stress Management

Achieving restful sleep is more important than ever to help immunity, mental wellbeing, cognitive and physical capacity.  This webinar provides science backed guidelines and tips on the value of sleep and how to reach it.  Stress and sleep are partners.  Through step by step sharing of stress diffusing techniques, participants are armed with a tool kit of approaches to calm themselves for deep sleep. 

Finding Focus & Energy

Hybrid working was adopted by necessity during the pandemic.  Now it’s here to stay, there is an opportunity to fine tune working surroundings in the office and at home to maximise focus, energy, productivity and manage stress.  This interactive workshop will reveal: How to optimise office technology to minimise distractions, Research data to maximise focus within the working day, desk exercises to boost energy and tips to increase movement at work, Cyberpsychology findings to reduce virtual fatigue, explanation of the effect of world events on focus and latest research on handling anxiety. Participants will gain bite sized accessible solutions to reaching peak performance and reducing distractions when working in the office and at home.

Meditation & Mindfulness Classes

 These 45-minute sessions are designed to be inclusive, appropriate for people that already have a practice, or for those sampling it for the first time.  There are some core techniques that we practise in each session but there is variety in every class.  This means that for someone attending every session they will learn new accumulative techniques but it also caters for people who can just attend ad hoc classes.  Each class is themed and can be voted for by staff or suggestions include Stress Less (handling stress in the moment), Mindfulness for Emotional Hijacks, Setting Intentions, Gratitude, Peak Performance, Motivation and Resilience.   Techniques range from body scans to guided meditation, mindfulness with movement to mantras.
